2. Banks. We need them. - in Market Discussions [original thread]
Most people wouldn't use a bank in the real world if they had an Eve wallet. I suspect most money in banks earns no or virtually no interest and is only there for security and the convenience of transfers. Eve banks are actually worse than keeping...

4. Weird Competitor Behavior - in Market Discussions [original thread]
You don't know what margin he is operating on. In Jita I frequently hike a buy price by a large amount when I get tired of the .01 isking. I don't sell the item in Jita so to a station trader my move may make no sense. From my perspective, yes I'v...

8. The Joy Of Plex - in Market Discussions [original thread]
No. He means CCP is paid for that month of game time when the PLEX is created. They're actually making more money. PLEX is more expensive than the subscription cost and inevitably some fool is going to load a bunch of PLEX into a ship and get th...

9. Anything Along the lines of Hire Purchase?[il explain the term as well] - in Market Discussions [original thread]
Using the freighter as collateral on its own loan would essentially be someone buying a providence and sitting on it until you pay off the loan. You'd be better off just saving up the isk yourself. No interest that way and you'd still have access ...

Why are you flying a 230M ship that can be destroyed by a single pilot in a cheap ship? Especially when you know that people like to explode hulks for giggles? I don't think the hulk needs a buff. I think CCP needs to release a hulk variant with ...
